“Saw Megan D for awhile. Had to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict. Gave more than a 24hr notice and was charged a late cancellation fee. Emailed and was told by office staff that Megan was on vacation and that they would reach out once she’s back. This was in March. Never heard back and on 9/5 they withdrew money from my account without any notice. Megan was nice but was not s good counselor. Would be given homework but she never touched base on any of it. She was great being a listening ear but that was it.”
