“Dr. Joanna Edwards was amazing! However that was bitter sweet news because she will be leaving this practice by June 1st. The nurse and receptionist were very nice as well but the key factor of whether I continue with this practice beyond June 1st will depend on who the get as a replacement for Dr. Edwards. I specifically chose them because of her. So, if the replacement is not a female and not as amazing as she was, then I will change to another practice. For now, I am happy with them. We'll see...”

“Caya Health is not the same place it used to be, and not in a good way. Since the new management took over, they completely cleaned house. The therapists are gone, the pharmacy is gone, and now the last two providers from the previous team have left as well. I used to see Bertine, NP and Yiny, LCSW, who were both incredible and a big part of why I trusted this practice. Now they’re gone too, along with so many others who made this place feel supportive and stable. It’s honestly disappointing to see what’s happened. What used to be a great, reliable place for care feels like a completely different operation now. Because of how things were handled, I won’t be back.”

“Excellent Primary Care Experience I had a truly outstanding visit with Dr Edwards, my primary care doctor. From the moment I arrived, the office staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I was seen promptly, which I really appreciated. Ali took care of my vitals and she took some blood sample and hardly felt it, she made it easy and calm. Dr Edwards took the time to listen carefully to my concerns without rushing. She asked thoughtful questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. Caya Health is a great medical provider. Highly recommended!”

“Beware of serious wrongful medical practices at this clinic. They charged us in full payment for a 1 time sick visit, then sent bill to insurance which covered the required amount back in 2024. After 2 years, without reaching us on email or phone or phone texts, even though we were signed up for paperless billing and phone and email communication, this doctor and doctors office billed us wrongly for additional $35 after 2 years, and sent my son and my name for collections. I checked the bill for the sick visit and it was out of the FAIR BILLING ACT, where we were charged and told we had no further charges due on this visit but wrongly rebilled 2 whole years later. Excuse: your mail came back with return to sender!!! But the practice has never reached us via email or phone call and they should’ve known people move places, and they did have accurate phone and email contact information for us, which has never changed in the last 5 years. Fraudulent Medical doctor and fraudulent medical charges. Check your billing frequently for the wrongful codes and unnecessary extra charges they put on your billing insurance.HIGHLY FRAUDULENT MEDICAL CLINIC PRACTICE. Beware.”
