What patients say on Google

“One area that could use improvement is phone communication. The secretary’s tone came across as very monotone and unwelcoming when answering questions, which gave off a negative first impression. A friendlier and more approachable tone would help create a more positive and welcoming experience for patients. I arrived about seven minutes late for my appointment and was informed that I could not be seen. While I understand office policies, the interaction felt unwelcoming leading me to decide not to reschedule.”

“Dr. Davis is the only psychiatrist I know and he's been wirh me through my worst and best. It's hard to feel comfortable around people and open up about things that are deep down inside. I was able to do that with him. He is going to be missed.”
Amanda Chatham
“Dr sent a referral back in Feb. Never heard from them. Called and they said to refer back to my PCP called my PCP and they resent the referral and then they tell me for this referral we aren’t accepting new patients. 🤦‍♀️ like I’ve just gotten to the point in my life where I have time to take care of my mental health. I’ve been suffering from severe PPD and desperately need to get in with someone. And this is what they tell me after telling me to contact my Dr instead of saying the first time they aren’t accepting new patients. Will literally never go here and the person answering the phone is 1000% unprofessional.”

“Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to see their talented doctors because of their gloriously illl tempered secretary. Thank you Lee Ann Kelly for that terrible experience. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was chewed out and a thorn in her side since we arrived 10 minutes late. It felt like she wanted it to be an issue to check our Temps. It wasn't for me bit felt like I'm just inconveniencing her. Then when I said I forgot my paperwork but had my insurance card. She goes "she called you yesterday and told you what to bring." If this is how mental services and help are given its no wonder no one wants to seek help. When I told her we wouldn't be rendering their services after that lovely display and asked for a slip to send to school for my child that she wouldn't give me one. She had to ask. I felt like you were just hateful to me and rude af the least you could do just Give us a slip without any hassle. And I proceeded to call my doctor and tell them I will never be going to that office unless the doctor wants to come out the parking lot get me cause I do not want to deal with That office staff if I have to deal with Leanne Kelly ever again. Best of luck to anybody who wishes to go there for mental Healy help.”
