“I would give negative four stars if I could The one star is too nice. This is the absolute worst place ive ever been too. Receptionist are so unprofessional and act like they cant be bothered to do there job. They mark your name off the sign in sheet before being called and then forget about you and let you sit in the waiting room waiting for hours unless you get back up and ask him what's going on You would just sit there all day and they wouldn't bother to tell you. That has happened to me four times now. This place would make you suicidal If you're not already. If you are already you'd probably definitely want to go through with it because obviously you're not going to get any mental health help here.. they sit and laugh at you whenever you whenever you seem frustrated that they're not doing their jobs or that you came here many times to for an appointment and the doctor not be there or the therapist or the IPS guy all of three of those I've had issues with they've also won't call you to tell you your appointment is canceled In fact they will call to confirm your appointment is on said day and time and then when you get there they're not even there they didn't even come in that day. So unprofessional like I said receptionist act like they can't be bothered to do their job none of the doctors are there to help you with anything they just want you to be sitting there so they can bill you a lot of money for literally absolute no services.. once I even said to one of the rude receptionists " I'm not sure this place is right for me I don't think I should be coming here" And she snapped at me saying "That's okay You don't gots too!!!!" shaking her head like a typical stereotype of "oh no you didn't." Attitude. . Today is the 4th time ive had ghese experiences here and iwont be coming back. Il just stay destabilized... I wouldn't be surprised if many peoples nlood are on this places hands since they dont help anyone whaf so ever. I would give negative four stars if I could The one star is too nice.”

“Do not go here for therapy. I signed up for therapy for me and my son and I got hit with an $800 bill. They are only after your money they don’t care about your well-being and I do not recommend you going here. They don’t even try to help you they just want your money. my therapist was great, but the lady on the phone was rude and didn’t even try to help. She just said that I could pay a little bit at a time. I had insurance when I signed up, but it got canceled and they didn’t even tell me how much a session was going to be. I am very disappointed with how this place that is supposed to help people is being run.”

“They will have someone call you back and argue with you regarding coming out and doing an assessment in a crisis situation. Which I don’t understand because they offer MOBILE CRISIS SERVICES! They don’t care because they’re state workers and don’t get paid what they should. Which is sad because when people need assistance we suffer because of it. Please if you can go to Charlotte, NC. It’s a 30min drive but they have way better care for mental health emergencies for children. They’re ranked top 10.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. The person answering the phones clearly hates her job. She’s very unprofessional, very rude and hung up the phone on me instead of explaining their policies and procedures when I was inquiring about services! I would hate for someone to be experiencing a mental emergency then have to deal with that on top of it!”
