“I didn’t enjoy our experience. The employees barely talked to my child and barely asked her questions. They just send numbering sheets home, view the scores and go off that. An online computer program could do that… We did 3 video visits (each being anywhere from 10 to 30 minute long) but most of it was just them saying the same thing over and over using different words to try to extend the visit to make it seem worth it. Honestly they could’ve been emails. It seems like an insurance scam, we did not see the value in what was done and ultimately nothing came from it. Would not recommend.”

“This place awful. They do not care about your child’s mental health WHATSOEVER. They treated my child as a number and not as a person. It’s disgusting with they get away with and call them selves professional. I do want to add, it is well known how this place runs and for a doctor to recommend I don’t come here says a lot. I tried to go through the proper avenues and follow everything they asked, to be met with repeated rude tone and carelessness to how much my child was struggling. Us as parents try to do right by our kids. With help from professionals that we trust. It is truly mind boggling what this place pulls on there “patients”. I do not, nor will I ever recommend this place to ANYONE. And I promise to share how unprofessional this entire place is. Do not go here. They constantly call and make you reschedule very important appointments. Moments before the promised time. With no explanation, but if your child is sick or there is any sort of emergency. They.do.not.care. They’re is SO much better help out there and people who actually care, especially about mental health in children.”

“This is the worst therapy organization by far in the fox valley. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. They start off somewhat decent, but if you are at your absolute lowest and need help, think again. These people are lazy expensive, and so incredibly hard to schedule its not worth it”

“you guys deleted my original review so i will make another one. you guys used me as a medication guinea pig from ages 16-18. i was put on 5 meds at once at 17 years old and it messed me up. QUIT HIDING YOUR MALPRACTICE AND ABUSE. you guys are VERY lucky i am not seeking legal action for this. TREAT KIDS BETTER.”
