She takes time with every patient (not rushing, not glossing over), but really seeing them. As a parent, I can’t express how much that means. She doesn’t just treat symptoms…she listens, she teaches, and she supports with a level of compassion and insight that is rare. While some reviews reflect people’s frustrations with the front desk/scheduling system, I want to be clear: as a physician and as a human being, Dr. Simms deserves 5+ stars. She is saving our family, not just our son. The level of care and understanding she brings into the room has changed the way we move through hard days. She has given us tools, hope, and a sense of partnership we didn’t have before. We are forever grateful for her. If you’re lucky enough to have Dr. Simms on your child’s care team, know you’re in truly capable and caring hands.”

“Dr. Sims herself is great. However if you can call and get an appointmentis the problem. I have called for days and no body ever answered the phone. I am not sure how to make a new appointment.”

“I have been seeing Dr Simms for a long time. She is great I have a lot of problems and she helps me with all of them. Without her I don’t think I would be alive she has always been there for me and my family. I think that if she moved somewhere else I would move there too. She is a great doctor I had been to others before her and nobody could help me like her. Her office staff is very nice also. They keep you informed of everything. There’s no one better than Dr Cassandra Simms.”
