What patients say on Google

“Let me edit my review to provide counterpoints to their response + add more. 1.) I personally don’t like the use of AI in the medical field and for many video visits I was not able to meet with my provider because signing the form was a requirement to meet with my provider on the platform. I had to call the office then be transferred to my provider (not able to video call) because I wouldn’t sign over for AI. Not sure if that requirement has changed but it was a huge nuisance and absolutely ridiculous that I felt strong armed to sign in the first place. 2.) Two of my providers left in the 3 years I was there. So much for provider continuity. One provider (my most recent) was the one reiterating that the tech issues weren’t me that she has issues with almost every patient. 3.) Having found a new provider (thank goodness!) they have let me know that going multiple days without medication needed to function isn’t standard practice (they were appalled) and that I was on one medication for a condition I have never had a diagnosis for. It was a puzzle for me and the new provider why or how providers at Casey came to the conclusion to put me on it. I used to love this place and recommend it to everyone. Now, I am looking for a replacement ASAP!! 1.) they use AI to take medical notes during your appointment. Double check your paperwork because they will try to sneak it in there. I have zero interest in the AI companies having my medical information 2.) their Miyo platform for video appointments is terrible at best. My prescriber and I had several disconnections every single time I met with her. We spent more time worrying about technology than my actual medical needs 3.) they *will* leave you high and dry without your medications and quite frankly do NOT care. They did not tell me my prescription was only for four months and when I requested a refill at CVS I was told to call my prescriber. When I tell you it was a FULL time job getting in contact with them to approve my very much needed medication. I had to call multiple times a day and leave multiple portal messages. At one point I told them I will keep calling until someone handles this because I had been without my medication for multiple days. I do NOT recommend.”

“This was the most thorough and thoughtful intake process I’ve ever experienced. I truly felt heard and understood, not rushed. I was seen by Julie Kemp, PMHNP, along with Dr. Casey, and their collaborative approach made a big difference. It felt like real thought and care went into understanding my situation and planning next steps. For the first time, I felt genuinely “thought about” as a patient and not just "analyzed'. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for more personalized, in-depth care. Even though I will only be seeing a therapist for care right now in the practice, I plan to check back in with them in about six months just to make sure I'm making good progress and I left with some nutritional ideas of easy, new things to try that will help support my mood.”

“I am extremely concerned about the lack of professionalism and apparent HIPAA/privacy violations at this office. I was attempting to re-establish care as an adult patient over the age of 18, and when I initially emailed to begin services again, I provided my correct and updated contact information. I also later sent a correction email again confirming the proper information that should be used. Despite this, the office continued contacting the wrong individual more than five times after being notified of the correction. This repeated failure to update and verify patient information is extremely concerning and demonstrates a serious disregard for patient privacy and confidentiality. I was also made aware through reviews of multiple situations involving patient information allegedly being discussed or sent to the wrong individuals. These repeated concerns, along with my own experience, have caused me to completely lose trust in the office’s ability to appropriately protect sensitive medical information and properly handle patient communication.”

“Hands down the best mental health practice I’ve ever dealt with! Jackie Hudson is compassionate and actually cares about her patients. She listens diligently and found the best prescription combination for me after just a few months. She’s shared some of her personal life experiences that have helped me tremendously in the wake of my divorce and on the road to rebuilding myself and my life and I honestly wouldn’t be in the place I am now without her. Thank you Jackie - you are amazing and an inspiration!”
