“Notoriously late for all scheduled appointments. One time was 2 hours late. My time is not respected at all, but my card is charged 30 minutes prior to the appointment. She's a lovely person and psychiatrist, but I can't wait several hours when I have to schedule around my life to make these appointments. It's very awkward that she doesn't even mention that she's late. Doesn't acknowledge, apologize or give any explanation. I feel bad for the staff because I have had to call them multiple times to ask when she's going to make our appointment and they don't know what the hold up is. As someone who is anxious and afraid to advocate for herself this has caused me way more stress than it should from a psychiatrist.”

“This woman has saved my life I would recommend her to any family member or peer or anyone you care about yall people complaining about how she’s late because she answers her patients who are in crisis situations like me don’t be selfish this woman will bend over backwards for her patients and I don’t believe she has the capability to wrong people she is a amazing woman who has saved me I’m a 20 year old going through cancer treatment by the way. If you don’t like what I have to say find a new psychiatrist but she has changed my life and bends over backwards for her patients.”

“My experience was good at first. I had an appointment scheduled and the day before they called me, past closing time, on a no caller ID number saying they had to move it. I could not call the number back so waited until the next morning to call the office. I called 17 times because my appointment time had passed with still no one picking up, answering my 4 voicemails, and my emails. I was struggling at the time and the office, and staff does not care about that.”

“I wrote a review earlier when I was annoyed and can’t figure out how to edit it but u would still say timing wise everything is the same. I see that they are only virtual now but still don’t know what the deal is besuche today no one answered or called back and Fridays they are usually open”
