“My experience has been wonderful without exception the staff and receptionists are wonderful I'm always greeted warmly. I have been a patient at this facility for a number of years and I can hardly remember a time when I had to wait in reception area more than a few minutes if there was a change I was always notified with plenty of time to make personal changes. I would recommend them to friends or family without question.”

“I am frustrated with the front desk staff. She seemed extremely stressed, frustrated and rude. I called about a family to receive help. She was rushing through my questions. When I had my family member call in she was also frustrated with them. It's concerning because the front desk is the point of contact for the whole business. I rarely write something negative but this was not the way people seeking mental help need to be treated when trying to make an appointment.”

It would be easy to get hurt feelings if she rushed me off when I needed them. I appreciate the people waiting. I am sure they take into consideration. Where they are and consider.
