“The finance person, Michelle, was clearly quite bothered to be calling me, was irritated when I asked her to slow down (she was rattling off things so fast a computer could not have kept track), and was just plain rude when I was asking questions about payment options. We can afford their program, and this was our #1 choice, but apparently they have a very poor "bedside manner" and are not a place I'd trust with our child. Their staff may need to be reminded of the challenges a family calling their clinic may be going through, and taught to be empathetic and kind - something you'd think would be the default, considering the business they are in. I highly recommend Logos Horizon, they have been next-level fantastic in every way.”
