“I had a very disappointing experience at Carrus Care. The environment did not feel safe and supportive. There were multiple situations where bullying between patients happened openly and staff either passed it off or did not step in. For a place that is supposed to help people work through mental health issues this was extremely concerning. Several patients clearly struggled with anger management and yet conflicts were often allowed to escalate before any staff intervention occurred. Instead of support, it felt like issues were brushed off or handled too casually. This created tension and made it harder to focus on recovery. Staff should’ve actively addressed harmful behavior immediately, and ensured that everyone felt respected. I do not recommend.”
