What patients say on Google
“I just left from here and plz do not go here. The staff is rude and the food definitely nasty and they have bed bugs and roaches. Plz dont send ur loved ones here. Go else where”
“Cool place I loved everything else other than the kids therapist. She was very condescending and manipulative definitely didn't help me. good place just the wrong person. My experience there was really awful and I came out of there worse and felt like I had to mask my problems in order to not be judged because of the past therapist. Most people know the therapist I am talking about and she recently left. I don't know how the program is now but I felt miserable going there then. I feel like they could've hired someone more professional. Carrus cares is a better place if your looking to send your child somewhere.”
“Although I did learn some new skills and coping mechanisms I didn’t have before, I cannot ignore the lack of individualization and accommodation. The staff refused to accommodate my very reasonable request to move into a larger and more cooler room as the room we were in was unbearable heat and small size with about 15 patients sitting so close together. This was not great for my anxiety and caused me to have a severe panic attack. I was then told my attendance while having a panic attack didn’t count, and I would be counted absent. The psychiatrist is also one of the worse I’ve ever seen. Everyone agreed that he was very rude, non sensitive and just tried to push medications on people. He was happy to charge you/your insurance $400 for a 5 minute video call session with you. Jakara at the front desk however was amazing. She was very pleasant and was always happy to see us. But for $3000, I simply cannot recommend this facility. The amazingly expensive price tag can’t be ignored in this situation, and alot of the staff are incompetent at best.”
“Worst Place ever staff is not competant! They don’t know what they are doing! They don’t let you know what’s going on, you get no information on your family member. When you speak to a case worker they do not get all the needed info on file even though you tell them more than one time. Then when a problem occurs after the fact- you get! “ oh, we didn’t get that!!” Even though it was told to the case worker. Your family member gets transferred to another faculty, that is even worse!!! I asked repeatedly, to be called about the meds they were giving and not one person replied. No Dr, no nurse no one!!!!”
