“Let’s start with the good…. We have been very happy with the services provided and the providers that are helping my son. His individual therapist is accessible and the communication is good. Now for the negative… We are using our insurance eff flexible spending account to pay for our copay. Early in the year we were also using it to pay for our deductible and needed to supply our FSA with detailed receipts. The admin people at the front desk gave me non-detailed receipts on three separate occasions even after I explain to them what I needed. But I asked for was a description of the service the provider and the amount. After the third failed attempt they gave me a billing number and a name of someone that I needed to talk to. We have called them four times and have never received a return call. I have also sent two emails without a response. To sum it up therapists and services are good; front desk and billing department poor. Update: The week after I posted the review, the problem was solved. We haven’t had any other issues”

CCYSB is an incredible organization that renders a wide range of counseling and support services. Substance and addictions counseling is offered, along with regular mental health counseling. This organization serves not only youth and parents, but also adults for some services. Adults should not shy away from the name because the word "youth" is included. Call them to ascertain if they can help. The staff is wonderful from the very top, on down to the people that answer their phones. YSB is a class act!”
