“Dr. Arrived 20 minutes late. She questioned me regarding whether or not my son stayed at home alone. While discussing this, she was taking notes as if this was relevant but it was not. She is a sleep psychologist and her only function is to help children get in a good sleep routine. She was also very ingenuine and offered no real real guidance. Just awful”

“Super Disappointed in their service. I elected this doctor for my daughter and their virtual appointment process is a nightmare. Her first appointment I had to call them 3 times to get the zoom link. Then her second appointment same issue. I called the office to let them know I still had not received the link and the receptionist at the office said she would check with the doctor and get back to me. After 30 minutes of no call back I called again to be told the office was closed and my daughter was marked as a "no show". The scheduling center sent them an email regarding all of this and to my surprise the next day still no call from the office. I had to call again and the receptionist really didn't seem to care. Looking for a new doctor :)”
