“I have had no issues with the providers or the front desk. Mrs. Tammy is an awesome worker! She’s knowledgeable and very detailed to help you to the best of her ability. Dr. C is an awesome physician! I plan to join the establishment once I’m done with school as a provider!”

“BLUF: I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Take your time and money elsewhere. Front desk staff is pleasant and thorough. However, the psychiatric care is severely lacking. This practice was referred by a highly revered M.D. who doesn’t know that the owner has left the practice. Issue 1: The first appointment, the NP dialed in 25 minutes late with no update from the front desk staff on a waiting timeline. I almost called to cancel my appointment because I value my time and where I spend my money. Issue 2: About 2 months later, I am almost out of medication from my original M.D. and tried to refill using a script from this provider. Non DoD Pharmacy co-pay was over $200, so I call the practice to switch to a DoD pharmacy. I was informed I'd have to make an appointment to switch because it's been just over 2 months since last appointment. Why do I need an appointment to switch pharmacies and every 75-90 days? I’ve been on these meds nearly a year. $45 co-pay just to switch pharmacies. Issue 3: During the second appointment, the NP called my phone number 25 minutes BEFORE my appointment time. I received a voicemail saying "Thomas, you're late for your appointment". I dialed in, and she says "Oh! You're not Thomas. But since you're here, let's do your session". I guess I understand why my first appointment was 20+ minutes late. Issue 4: NP Bonner sent the DoD pharmacy the wrong type of prescription. DoD pharmacy called me and asked if I knew I had been prescribed "immediate release" instead of "extended release". DoD pharmacy told me they would call the NP to request a change. Immediately DoD called me back and said while they tried to reason with NP Bonner, she insisted she prescribed the correct medication, and that if I had issues with what I was prescribed, then I could call the front office.”

“Will is an awesome individual! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous and caring. I was browsing for a Psychiatrist office and he gave me all the information I needed and praised the office as well as Mrs. Tammy and the providers that work here. I can’t wait until he joins the practice as a therapist! I will definitely be seeing him! Needless to say, I will be scheduling with Carolina Psychiatry!”

“0 stars if I could. Tammy was very unacceptable. So were the orange walls, plastic chairs, and fluorescent lighting. Yall lucky I was desperate. But now I’m in a better place 😇”
