She visited me in the hospital twice to ensure that I was doing well and to make sure that I wasn't having any kind of complications. I appreciate her so much.”

“Edit: I wanted to provide an update after having the chance to have a follow up appointment. I'm sorry to say that my rating actually goes from 3 stars to 1. I spent over an hour waiting for my scheduled appointment. Check in went smoothly, but I sat in the room for almost two hours with no updates. I am concerned my visit was forgotten about. This disrupted my personal schedule significantly. Even before this appointment, it took multiple phone calls and messages to get scheduled. I really want to love this practice, but this experience makes me reconsider continuing care here. --- They are quite strict about the 30 minute notice, so be warned and ready to show up early. My information was inputed incorrectly at first, so I was not able to get notifications/reminders until I called and asked about my appointment. I learned the the online forms they give you are pointless. I'm leaving a review not because of the 30 minute policy or even the mistake, but because of an incident that happened while checking in. While one staff member was helping me get rescheduled, another unintentionally booked the same time. When the staff member helping me asked what time she chose, the other lady just said "You snooze, you lose!" and laughed. It felt unhelpful and cold, especially since I had shown up 24 minutes early already. It made me feel demeaned as a new patient, and made me reconsider establishing care here. I hope to leave a better review in the future. I'm sure Dr. Knuckles and the office are both lovely otherwise.”
