“The ABSOLUTE WORST! First off I started last September and I e been seen by a psychiatrist once. They said they had no therapist. Then months later they decided it was a good idea to randomly pop up at my house UNANNOUNCED ! Which is the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life. After multiple times of telling them to discontinue service and I do not want to co time with them, they STILL constantly harass me. They were calling my phone every single day and multiple times a day for months. Now they continue to call my phone multiple days a weekly. I had to call my insurance company and see if it was anything they could do to stop the constant phone calls. I’ve told 6 different people I DO NOT WANT THE service. I am trying to receive service elsewhere but yet I’m still being called. Ive blocked multiple numbers and they still call from other numbers”

“I have been coming to this programs for years, caring hands is like a home, they ensure services are provided accordingly and accurately. My prp worker Ms. Alice is a very good at her job. Ms. Remi make the place so homely and comfortable for everyone that walks through the door. I like coming down here. And do not hesitate to walk through here guys if unit need help.”
