“While Dr Graham is amazing, I think the office management could use some serious work. Dr Graham ordered a blood workup and requested the lab check my thyroid as well and the only thing they tested was my A1C (I'm not diabetic). Also, I was supposed to get a chest x-ray and sat in the waiting area in the hall for almost an hour. No one ever came to get me. When i went back into the Drs lobby and asked when i would be seen they freaked out and realized they forgot me and then told me everyone had gone home for the day. Seems super unorganized and "siloed". Will likely be taking my health and my business to another practice.”

“Bathroom needs help. Ordered biscutt no cheese. Came with scrambled egg and still charged for cheese.”

“They are horrible!! Everyone is short patient and rude.. the way they look and speak to you is awful.. they don’t really help with anything and you waste your time asking for advocacy there- FIND BETTER DOC!! Don’t waste your time- all they do is laugh and play around in office while leaving patients wondering around trying to figure out how to use a kiosk machine or anything else for that matter!!! Just don’t with them”

I've never had a doctor be so sweet and take so much time explaining every detail of my results and the path we are taking to my recovery I left her office completely understanding all the questions I had before I came there today!!!
