“My first appointment was incredible! I loved Dr. Aurora, and he really listened to me. The receptionist was sweet. Apparently, Dr. Aurora was the one over the program, and I was supposed to meet with a Dr. Pickstone, but he was unavailable. I loved Dr. Aurora!! They get 1 star for that! The second time, I got Dr. Pickstone, and it was hard to hear him, there were technical difficulties (even though I'm tech savvy), and because they are *so rigid* on their policies (and I don't just mean Schedule I and II meds), that they won't bend to help people. Now, I realize that, as adults, we have agency and some level of responsibility to get things done prior to an appointment, but I would like to point out that if a place that treats mental health is aware someone suffers from a disorder that makes them forget things or show up late, wouldn't said "caring" institution understand and perhaps help their patients who are in the middle of having a hard time? Perhaps that's naive of me to think that's how the world works, but I digress. Either way, I appreciate them coming in clutch for me when I needed them, so they get a star for that, but I need to find someone with both compassion and competence on all sides. Oh...and the phone system at this place is insane. They kept saying, "I have to transfer you," or "someone will be right with you." I had my appt with Dr. Pickerwhatever (who was very hard to hear on the call) and he released me into the lobby to wait for the "receptionist" or someone to give me instructions on getting my meds. Also, he ended the call by talking over me and disconnecting quickly while getting up from his chair. I cannot make up how much this guy seemed like a know-it-all misogynist. (Maybe he's not, and he's just jaded by mental health patients, in which case, I would suggest he retire and hang out on a golf course.) I felt no care or compassion here, but it's very bureaucratic, rigid on policy (again, not talking about prescriptions, because there are literal laws around those), and it's unhelpful. The CSRs are helpful, kind, but clueless and undertrained. Go somewhere else if you have a choice for ADHD. This experience had me in tears.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS BILLING DEPARTMENT. I have reached out to them for months now begging for a full detailed statement of my billing account and have never heard back from them. They randomly charged me $145 and never gave me an explanation as to why. They wait to the day you are supposed to be seeing the doctor to spring random “past due balances” on you. Now I just received a random email saying I ow another $50 whenever I already paid my copay last month. I know for a fact there’s absolutely no money owed. The doctors are fine, it’s the customer service”

“I paid the fee to arrange for an appointment, but ultimately decided with another team. I called shortly after to ask for a refund and I am still waiting for over a month for that. The billing or any management has never contacted me and nothing is being done.”
