“Doctor Benjelloun is pretty awesome. She cares about her patients and seems extremely genuine. But unfortunately the practice is unorganized, getting ahold of anyone is basically impossible. If you must, email seems to be the best option. Multiple times I would sign on to my appointment to have the check-in receptionist tell me they need to reschedule. Even after waiting for 15-30 minutes. Of my five appointments I talked to the doctor 2 times. Prescriptions got messed up and took 2 weeks to fix, Maybe you will have better luck but I am going to find a telehealth provider who respects my time and answers the phone.”
