How likely are you to recommend Care Clinic Mental Health?
What patients say on Google
“I was a patient at the Care Clinic for over a year before I realized I was being charged twice for every appointment—once by the clinic, and once by a company called Alma, which I’d never heard of and definitely never agreed to. When I brought it up, the staff acted surprised and told me Alma was just their billing company and that I shouldn’t be paying both. They promised a refund. That refund never came. Instead, I spent months chasing answers while they kept feeding me the same vague excuses—“We’re working on it,” “Alma’s hard to reach,” “Thanks for your patience.” I kept paying, trusting they’d make it right. They didn’t. After more than a year and about $500 in double charges, I finally gave up. I found a new doctor, blocked the Care Clinic entirely—and that’s when they had the nerve to claim I still owed them money. They even threatened collections. That’s when I learned I’d been enrolled in a monthly subscription just to book appointments. Yes—a subscription. To see a psychiatrist. No one told me. No one asked. I had no idea gaslighting now comes with a monthly fee. If you’re struggling with your mental health, you need support—not confusion, dishonesty, and surprise bills. This clinic failed me. Please be careful.”
“The care clinic's adhd doctors are some of the most professional and warm experts around. So glad that they're the ones handling my son's care.”
“On Thursday, December 30, 2021, I requested an appointment for the following day. The time slot was available. The website said the company would reply. When they did not, I called the telephone number with no success. Later on the 31st, I drove over to see if the company was in business. I was unable to find any listing in the office building directory. As far as I can tell, this entity does not exist. I ended up going to another urgent care facility in the same building. This website should be fixed.”
“Can't say a lot of addiction treatment centers work as professionally as the care clinic. Always grateful to them for all the help.”
