How likely are you to recommend CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics?
What patients say on Google
“We have dealt with them for 3 of our kids and it has been nothing but dropped balls, no returned calls, no reports received, it taking YEARS (no exaggeration) for prior authorizations only to be told we have to start over again when they closed the neurology part of the practice. We have been double billed with nothing but a hassle getting refunded and so so much more. If I could give zero stars I would. I would HIGHLY recommend picking a different practice. With that said, the issues primarily seem to be within the billing and office staff; the providers have been kind, informative and thorough.”
“The receptionists are very welcoming and understanding. The doctor/provider that completed my daughter's evaluation was very helpful, educational and had a positive attitude. I was really nervous about how this appointment was going to go and I walked out feeling better.”
“My twins both go here and we love it. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful. Thier dr is amazing and has helped us with getting the services our boys need and helping us navigate thier development.”
“Personally I would find somewhere else to get an “evaluation” from. They’re extremely short and dismissive of what the parents tell them. They see your child for a short time and say they’re great and they may have adhd. They don’t see how your child truly acts and don’t take the time to figure it out either. You begin to explain how they are in their home environment and how it’s obviously completely different than how they’re acting in the office and this doctor literally wrote down on her paper “Mom is miserable.” I'm not miserable. I’m exhausted from doctors not listening to me about my child and my concerns for him and telling me “He speaks so well so he can’t be autistic.” I’m here to tell you that Autism isn’t cut throat like that. I would not recommend coming here if you want to be listened to. If you don’t believe me that the doctor truly wrote that, I took a picture to back up my claims. I’m not playing anymore especially when it comes to my child.”
