How likely are you to recommend Capital District Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“Everything was great up until we switched to from in person to online. The voicemail instructs you to communicate with your therapist through the patient portal, which I did. But there were multiple times when my requests for an virtual appointment were not answered. One time my therapist messaged me asking what time to meet for a tomorrow appointment, when I answered she never replied or scheduled said appointment. One time when there was a virtual appointment, my therapist never sent the link to join the call and I was charged a late fee. This fee I didn't have to pay fortunately. What sucks is that this therapist was genuinely really good for our in person sessions, which is why this is three stars and not zero. But for whatever reason they won't reply to my requests for virtual appointments on the patient portal and seem to have trouble actually sending the link for virtual appointments.”
“I have seen a few of the therapists there. I miss their previous office person Katie. She ran the office so efficiently and was super polished and professional yet personable. Gavin Taylor is amazing and was the best therapist I have seen in decades! I have referred many people to him. We also just saw Dr. Malkani for my teen and I was super impressed. I had seen two others in the practice but was not happy with their methods. Overall a very good place with an abundance of professionals to choose from.”
“Dr Lochard is amazing. I wouldn't have been able to leave my house without her help. As someone else stated above, I miss Katie, but the new girls are doing a great job! I would HIGHLY (and have) recommend this office!!”
“This practice doesn't even deserve even a one star. The way and manner I was treated by the staff member Linda Leonard was just disgusting and careless. She was made very clear I had just recently gotten out of the hospital after being in there for a month. Due to a very serious suicide attempt that put me in the ICU. All she did was offer a appointment next month for med's. Multiple other employees had to get involved due to incompetent ability to do her own job.”
