“August 7, my daughter was a no call, no show. 100% my fault and I take full accountability. August 21, my daughter showed up to her appointment on time and was told Dr. Curry was on vacation and she would not have an appointment until October 2. We never received a phone call, email, or text stating that she would not have an appointment this day. I got a text today, August 25, for an appointment tomorrow at 2pm. I never scheduled this appointment and no one called me about this appointment. I called and left a message because, as usual, no one answered the phone. I got a call back saying that Dr. Curry scheduled the appointment and was probably planning on calling me to confirm. Then, I find out that my daughter’s standing biweekly appointment for September 4 was canceled because Dr. Curry will be on vacation and her appointment for September 18 was canceled and filled. This is by no means the first, second, or third issue that I’ve had with this specific business. I will also be calling my daughter’s insurance company and filing a complaint because this is bad business all around.”

“Had an appointment for today at 3:15pm. It’s 3:40pm and I’m still waiting. What’s the point of being early/on time for an appointment when they’re not going to respect it and probably still charge for the “missed” appointment?. Late/missed appointment policies should go both ways to respect customers schedules. EDIT TO ADD: NO APPOINTMENT REMINDER WAS SENT TO EITHER PARENT. ADMIN VERIFIED OUR CONTACTS WERE NEVER ENROLLED TO TEXTS/EMAIL REMINDERS. Acknowledge no late fee was charged but had there been someone at the front desk or if the phone calls were answered, missed communication would’ve been nonexistent and everything would be clarified. Review stays as is.”

“Took my 3 year old to see Crystal today. Actually felt she was listening to me and his needs unlike previously people. She was very uplifting and positive. My son doesn’t really interact with people very well but she had him talking a little and not ready to leave. Seeing some improvement first appointment with her was nice to see. Very comforting appointment.”

“If I could give one star I would. From the reception to the office manager to the provider. To the receptionist. one if you can get someone on the phone you’re lucky. Two the receptionist didn’t know how to take a message without attitude because I wasn’t going to speak her about what was going on. I’d rather have the manager call me so I don’t have to reiterate myself and I was respectful with my call. The office manager never called me not once to see why I called after I spent a good minute having the receptionist take my info down for what seems nothing. This office will report you to DSS even though they are substance abuse counselors. We met with the provider realistically the first real meet & his instant words were “I’m a mandated reporter” this man reported me to DSS after our session which was around 530 pm these people called me first thing in the morning like if I was selling something out of my home. All because I stated that when I came home I could smell weed in my home from my teenager most likely on his clothes. Never did I say I found anything in my home, I stated he must’ve smoked it while out and it was heavy on his clothes. We were specifically refereed to this provider to work on this as a family. As a teenager he’s giving me trouble. This was in his history that he smokes this wasn’t a secret, a surprise or something that he wouldn’t have known. Had he truthfully read the child’s profile it was in there. I’ve worked with 2 other providers over this years time span alone all together at the same time not once did any of them report me for me expressing our past history. I get reporting when absolutely necessary but for DSS to be called on me & have to invade my home because of a remark made hurt me as the parent when I’ve been trying to get help for the child and the issues we have going on. No I don’t want a second meeting with this provider. It was text book anyways “how does this make you feel, “I can’t make him talk to me if he doesn’t want to” the list goes on of the script it felt like he was reading. We really didn’t get anywhere before this and I’ll discontinue service immediately not because of the report but because of the commentary to make the report that was used wasn’t even remotely close to what I told this man. I wouldn’t refer him even from the convo had it not gone the DSS route. The reviews are all seemingly right.”
