“This practice doesn't answer the phone and gives you no other way to contact them. If you leave a message, they will call you back but you get a guy with a strong accent who sounds like he's in his living room, not an office or professional vibe. I had some concerns and asked to speak with the owner, in response he ignored me and refused to answer. After long strange pauses, he kept saying I am the Office Manager and is there a message for your provider. Similarly dismissive and uninterested, Lolade Ogunleye, says the same thing at every appointment and ignores what I say. She literally talks more during the appointments than I do. As a result of this dismissive and non person centered approach, I have little to no rapport or attachment to her. Providing mental health to people is a very personal thing and should be met with genuine empathy and in the spirit of building a relationship. I will be going somewhere else. Do not recommend.”

She truly cares about your life outside of psychiatric issues and listens to your concerns! She is very solution oriented -which I love- and is extremely flexible and is always willing to work with my schedule. She’ll be my psychiatrist as long as I need the services!
