“Jordan Madden is a fantastic medication management provider. I've seen him for a few years now and have followed him from two other organizations so that I can stay a patient of his. He's friendly, courteous, and has never made me feel judged or "crazy" for needing help with my mental health. I've found him to be thorough in questions he asks, and he hasn't just suggested extra medication for issues where something else (such as therapy) would be more appropriate. I appreciate that as nobody wants to be over medicated. That being said, when I've had medication that hasn't worked well, he's been very helpful in switching me to something else that was more effective for me.
