“DO NOT SCHEDULE with this office. They will over charge you for services even if your insurance calls them and tells them it should be less and then they don’t want to give you a refund for over payment on services. I have been calling for over a month and keep getting my number blocked. They will put you on hold saying owner will answer call for them to hang up. I went in person due to already being over a month and no refund and front desk person didn’t even acknowledge me which I think is the owner because she had her child as the front desk person. Walked right past me and then had me wait 30 minutes to just walk me outside and close the doors. Extremely unprofessional. Doing complaint with insurance company for noncompliance, doing complaint with state and will definitely be sending certified letter to be starting small claims because it isn’t even about the money anymore it truly is just the fact that they think they can keep doing this to people. Will be reporting to the Texas Department of Licensing and regulations because this place truly needs to be closed down. They had a doctor doing fraud back in 2021 was arrested for practicing with no license. I repeat do not schedule save yourself a headache from this place.”

“Called three days in advance to reschedule my son’s appointment with no success. Left more than 3 voicemail with details. Voicemail is full trying to reach since 5/11/23, called today no success. My son is running out of rx. On my visits there are two receptionist at the front, never noticed a high volume of calls.”

“Therapist was switched, she was not given information about new patient. Referred to dr. Mendez who made me uncomfortable, immediately jumped to medication after told i didnt want that. He kept scheduling follow ups at times i couldnt attend. Communication with office staff is poor. They have not rescheduled me for weeks and arw not returning my calls. NOT RECOMMENDED!”
