“In a time where people are in need of mental health service they should be informed at the time that they may be subject to 3- 4 months waiting period for an appointment. After receiving a follow call 4 months later the receptionist stated in a distasteful manner that call back information was no longer available. I asked why they don't mention at time of phone discussion, she stated there is a shortage of mental health providers and hung up the phone. I am disappointed this overall experience.”

“They only care about the money dont waist your time. Horrible experience very unsatisfied. My daughter didnt feel conftable speaking to them as they didnt make her feel like it was a safe space. I also go very unprofecial response by the receptionist over all I would not recommend and they are not personable and only care about the money as I had problems with them multiple times things taht should off gone through insurance that they take wanting me to pay it. Instead of sending it to insurance.”
