“My wife had an appointment and was told to be on the video call at 2:25 pm. It is now 3:15 pm. and no one has answered the call. I called the office to see what was going on and they tried to get a hold of the nurse. We were about 7 minutes late on a prior appointment and they made us reschedule. Since we switched from the Springfield office to the Branson West office it has been a total nightmare. I would hate to see someone in an emergency deal with these people.”

I've made more than two attempts to seek help from Burrell & every time they said they would get back with me or call me back to make plans, I never heard anything else from them. Like, this is people's lives that are at stake. If you need help DO NOT come here, look elsewhere.”
