“The Physician and nurse were very professional. The front office staff need training on the rules of release of information and how to request records for continuation of care. The patient should not have to arrange to get records to you. We weren't even provided a fax number to send them to even if we had obtained records. Now the Physician will be wondering why he hasn't gotten recent labs so he can order what he needs done. Based on this experience we would have been better off staying with Branson West. We shall see what subsequent visits will hold and the rating may be revised. The front office needs to learn how to speak to people respectfully (not us but another patient) and explain their reasoning clearly. I know not everyone will listen but you are responsible for your own communication skills.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. After almost a year of appointments for my son set out every couple months I am done with these people. I still do not have any answers. I was informed by the receptionist this last time (Literally her words) "the doctor only spends 20 minutes with each patient then has to move on to the next" also the staff there especially the ladies up front are not friendly at all. They do not care about you or your mental health needs. All you are is a paycheck to them.”

“If you have the misfortune of these chuckleheads being your only option for mental healthcare, all I can say is "good luck actually getting treatment". Impossible to reach at any time of day, constant issues with prescriptions, and their voicemail is a black hole; never checked, always filling. The one time I've ever received a call back from a nurse at this location, it was so she could yell at and gaslight me for calling about a refill. Genuinely horrible institution.”
