“3 hours of waiting to see a Dr to get a medication refill. Im told it's sent- 2 and 1/2 hours later here i am at the pharmacy and they NEVER got the script sent over. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They will lie right to your face and tell you everything is taken care of when it isn't. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider these people are useless”

“If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. What a joke of a place that claims to be for mental health. If you need help, please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. After a 5 hour process, my daughter was turned away. We went to another facility and after extensive evaluation, she was admitted. If it were up to Burrell to save my daughters life and they were the last straw, they would have absolutely let her die. Thank God I was with her and got her somewhere else. What a shame they call themselves a crisis center.”
