“The staff here is wonderful, and the environment peaceful. I came experiencing a crisis and unfair treatment from other Centerstone buildings. Every staff member spoke with was very kind, and the patient advocacy of both the therapist and the blond woman doctor i spoke with through their video telehealth is beyond appreciated. Though I am now moving all my psych needs to Big Tree due to the unfair treatment from other centerstone offices, i won't ever forget how good the people were to me at the rapid ccess unit. Thank you Nurse Kelly, for being kind and understanding as I fell apart. I haven't ever gotten this kind of beautiful treatment at a psych building before, and I want you all to know how much it means to me. Thank you.”

“Unless ur have the time to spend 6-8 hours to only see a tele doctor who doesnt listen to what u need... this is not ur place. I have now taken two older foster youth with schizophrenia and they were actively having visual and auditory hallucinations and they gave them nothing for it. I have also taken my husband who cant stay awake during the day and is severely depressed and he got meds that make him more tired.”
