How likely are you to recommend Burleson Health and Wellness?
What patients say on Google
“I recently visited Keller Family Medical and had an exceptional experience with Amanda. She attentively listened to all my concerns and provided a comprehensive overview of the office and its services. Amanda's passion for her work is evident, and she distinguishes herself from other doctors by taking the time to ensure a thorough and personalized visit. I highly recommend her services. - Thanks Amanda! See you soon 😊”
“Amanda and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! They are always quick to get me in and very professional. I highly recommend Burleson Health and Wellness to anyone looking for a great PCP”
“As a new patient, I was thoroughly impressed! A few days leading up to the appointment I talked to the person that greeted us, and assisted us with our paperwork today, and every time she has been incredibly kind, and helpful! Every person I met at the office today was genuinely caring! I could tell Amanda, and the entire team, are sincere, and really wanted to help me! It was very refreshing! Thank you all for an excellent experience! I appreciate you all, very much! :)”
“As a new patient, first greeting was positive . As a mom, my time there was terrible. I had completed all paperwork prior but supposedly none was received. I guess issue with system. I was taking care of my kiddo and took my time on paperwork (as I’ve always taken the paperwork back with me to review with the nurse). When it reached 30 minutes past my appointment I finally went and asked what was going on, it was not busy. This office only starts your wait time once paperwork is submitted. Out of all the states we’ve lived in, this is the first time I’ve encountered this policy. I was told my baby and I would have to wait another hour, as established patients are prioritized. They had been putting everyone else who walked in, in front of me. I was very upset about this as the receptionist saw me feeding my baby and making sure they were good. I even walked up various times to ask questions on documents that weren’t legible. I wish it had been communicated to me from the beginning, that my appointment wouldn’t start until they received my paperwork. Travel time and everything with my kid wouldn’t have been 2+ hours if I had been informed upfront. If you are older, do not have kids (that you have to take with you), or are an established patient; I bet it is a good place to receive care.”
