“I highly recommend Dr. Kasler for your child's psychological evaluation/testing needs. She will make you and your child feel comfortable during the assessment, and her report (should your child receive a diagnosis) will be thorough and very helpful, including some recommendations going forward. My daughter is easily uncomfortable and hesitant around new people and places (hello, anxiety) and after spending time with Dr. Kasler, she wanted to go back! I was grateful for her professional yet kind and understanding demeanor any time we communicated.”

“DO NOT SIGN A WAIVER. I should have read the reviews. I have BCBS and the services ARE covered and now I am fighting to get reimbursed because she lead us to believe that we had to sign a waiver dissolving her contractual obligations to submit into the insurance provider portal. She had no trouble getting the consultation submitted but would not submit for the approved testing and insisted we pay full price upfront. BCBS said they cannot reimburse because she is in breach of contract from not submitting to the portal and there is nothing they can do because we signed a waiver. Insurance companies will pay for testing regardless of what you may be told by this provider. The testing aspect went great and the result helped us dial in our curriculum to our child, but this place is a sham charging way above the BCBS negotiated rates. If you plan on submitting to the insurance on your own, make sure you do not sign a waiver and she is not in your insurance network.”

“Dr. Kasler is very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. Her expertise is top notch, and she really takes her time to get to know her patients, parents, and is very thorough in her testing methods. She was able to evaluate and give us results for Autism spectrum diagnosis within a 2-month window. I feel like we finally have some answers and a path to find the help my child needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kasler.”

“Have not had any appointments with her but just going over insurance and rates she was very rude. She thinks she knows more about my insurance coverage than I do that I’ve had for more than a decade. She is an in-network provider for BCBS but required full payment for services?? What’s the point of having insurance if a provider won’t follow proper billing process for in-network and patient would need to pay out of pocket? I made BCBS aware”
