The office staff is also extremely helpful and so quick to respond to any questions or requests I have. “Nothing but great experiences here! I have seen both Ty and Melissa, and both have been so wonderful. Attentive, listen to your concerns, don’t rush appointments (which is hard to find these days), and appointments are always on time despite them taking their time with patients. The other clinic staff have also been wonderful, friendly, and warm, and I always feel at ease knowing I’m being taken care of by clinic staff, and seeing practitioners who care and know what they’re doing!”

“I’ve been seeing Ty here for about 2.5 years for mental health. I was super nervous coming to a new doctor after having issues finding a doctor to listen. Ty has immensely changed my life. I started driving 1.5 hours just to see him before we were able to switch to virtual visits. He’s been more than accommodating to listen to me, asks how I’m doing, and takes EVERYTHING into consideration before putting you on anything. He LISTENS. That’s so important. I didn’t have insurance when I started here, and it was very expensive to see this office for me personally, but it’s so worth it if you can budget it. I’ve only ever had one issue with a bill being charged 3 times on accident. But it was not the persons fault, it was the machine! They gave me my money back immediately when I messaged them about the issue. The online Klara messaging is so helpful! I love being able to get into contact with the office with questions in a timely manner. If you’re having concerns that day with a medication, they'll even work to try and get you in ASAP to see what’s going on. If you’re thinking of trying this office, Ty is so wonderful! His staff is so sweet and caring as well! It’s quiet, clean, comfortable, and professional. Again, my life is completely different now because of this place in the best way possible! “Beware. Buffington was a bustling practice with many practitioners that proceeded to look beyond initial symptoms. Several years passed and practitioners have changed, but not for the better. Current practitioners are not the same and look merely at the bare minimum. If you need a place for physicals, or just a step above Urgent Care, this is the place for you. If you need anything beyond that minimal scope of care, I would highly recommend seeking an additional practice. Unfortunately, we will be seeking an additional practice.”
