How likely are you to recommend Buffalo Psychiatry, P.C.?
What patients say on Google
“I've been Dr Schwartz's patient for ten plus years. She's amazing. Willing to give her opinion and let me try all the new protocols available anyway. As one reviewer said, she does ask me my symptoms each visit and the reason is to gauge where I am currently. Our conditions change with stressors, new meds etc.and she truly does her best to help me adjust accordingly. Not to mention I've changed insurance at least twice in the past six months and her office has worked directly with each provider to sort process and pre-auths. Her office also does urgent appointments when needed. Highly recommend.”
“Was very unhappy with Irina Schwartz, being treated for my ADHD. At ever appointment I had with Schwartz I had to Re-explain all my symptoms, like she never seen me before. Any scripts you need field out, she has to hand write the script and you have to go to her office and pick it up. After an appointment I had on the phone with Schwartz we decided to change my medication. When I went to the office and picked up the script she did not change my medication. So I had to wait in the office till Schwartz rewrote the script and she filled out the new script with a different medication but it was not the medication we agreed on at my appointment. My whole experience with Irina Schwartz was unprofessional and uncaring. Do your mental health a favor and do not use Irina Schwartz. She is a psychologist only looking for easy patients to write scripts for. If you have a bad reaction to any medication she subscribes to you, she will drop you.”
“Would've loved to have actually been seen but instead I got cancelled on twice, both times the day before my appointment. Sucks having to wait when you're struggling with something, even worse when you think you're just about to get treatment but have it taken away because they're disorganized.”
“Dr. Schwartz, took time to carefully understand my situation from the start, and gave me quality care and interest in managing my medication in my daily life.”
