How likely are you to recommend Bucks Support Services?
What patients say on Google
“Our experience with Bucks Support Services has honestly been really positive. We originally came in looking for help improving communication within our family, especially with our teenager, and the support has felt genuine from the start. Facility is nice, near Chandler Hall (GPS is sometimes confusing), but what stands out most to me is that the therapists feel like real people. Conversations never feel cold, overly clinical, or scripted like others we tried. They were thoughtful, relatable, and able to help us slow things down and actually listen. Even difficult conversations became manageable. We’ve seen improvement in how we communicate at home, and I’m very grateful for the support and care we received along the way. Will continue to see them for some time to come.”
“My partner and I had (we just moved to CA) a really good experience here. Going in, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything was explained clearly and felt pretty straightforward. They’re upfront about how they work, which honestly helped build trust early on. Our therapist was easy to talk to, balanced, and did a good job keeping things productive without it feeling forced or one-sided. It felt like the focus stayed on actually improving things, not just rehashing the same arguments, which was something we struggled with for years. Overall, it felt like a place that takes their work seriously but still keeps it human. I’d definitely recommend them, especially if you’re looking for help navigating relationship stuff.”
“If you are looking for therapy, Bucks Support's clinicians are trained in a wide array of mental health concerns and are always receiving supervision and new training! Bucks Support Services is packed with clinicians of all levels and expertise in eating disorders, anxiety, substance use, family concerns, and are LGBTQ+ affirming. Some clinicians are even in network with some insurances!”
“Patient warning: A Collaborative Care Agreement and Release of Information is required to be a treatment. You are basically potentially forfeiting your HIPA rights. I willingly sign this for my minor children. However the family therapist we employed to help resolve custody issues was rigidly judgmental about my hesitancy to sign this for myself, an adult who is not seeking help for self-harm behavior. He then was offended when I appeared to question his impartiality and reactively terminated services with no dialogue. Do not use for marital or custodial issues.”
