How likely are you to recommend Brooklyn Center for Psychotherapy?
What patients say on Google
“A complete waste of your time. I was referred here for a child who is self harming and after multiple calls and emails to just get their Therapists to settle on a date, they couldn’t be bothered to follow through on any of their promises. You’ll end up with cancellations, failure to follow up and waiting on calls/emails that never arrive. You and your family deserve better. Avoid this place like the plague.”
“Called to ask a few simple questions and was met with rude, impatient, and dismissive behavior. Completely unacceptable for a mental health clinic. If this is how you treat people before they even become patients, it says everything about your level of care. People reaching out are often struggling. Acting like this isn’t just unprofessional, it’s harmful.”
“I was going to take a look to see if the unsolicited email I got from them was legitimate. I got to the google information and it describes this as a PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC IN NEW YORK. So why do they call themselves Brooklyn Center for PSYCHOTHERAPY? Of course, what I got was total spam.”
“I’ve used this place twice over the last several years and both experiences and therapists have been great. I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews because that hasn’t been my experience at all. Ms. Levin was a great therapist, I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s very compassionate and caring. Molly is another great therapist and Julissa and Ashley are both great whenever I reached out via email my needs were always addressed promptly! In case you all don’t hear it enough thank you for all you do!”
