“I have been going to Broadhollow in this location for a very long time. I never have to wait, my therapist is on time for our appointments. If I see another therapist come in or out, they have always smiled and spoken a few words. This is the most professional and friendly Dr's. Office [all types] I have ever been to!”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. Its amazing how these so called therapist that need to help people refuse to reach out to new clients. I originally signed up because the website said marriage counseling as well. After filling all my paperwork out and sending it in, I was notified we don't have marriage counseling available. I was pretty annoyed with that fact. On top of it trying to book an appointment is a joke. No one gets back to you or contacts you. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for someone to contact Me when I could have been already talking to someone. It's sad when your willing to pay cash and they still won't take you.”

“I really needed to speak with someone. When I contacted broadhollow psychotherapy to schedule an appointment, I first had to submit all of the forms and copies of my insurance card before they would make an appointment. During the texts back and forth, I was told that they do take my insurance. When I let them know that my forms were complete, they told me that someone would contact me the following Monday. I had to follow up on Tuesday because no one called me on Monday. It was then that I was told that they actually don't take my insurance and it would be more than double my normal copayment plus a deductible. Now I'm back to square one on a very difficult search when I really need someone's help.”

“I have tried unsuccessfully to schedule an appointment with the therapists at this office for a long time. At first, no one was picking up or returning my messages. I finally got in touch with a receptionist by the name of Virginia. She answered the phone as if I was bothering her and refused to give me an appointment until I called my insurance company to verify I was covered. This was after I told her repeatedly that I have good coverage and not to worry. She said I had to call and she would call me back. Of course she never did. Three weeks later when I finally got a hold of her again after verifying that I am covered, she said she couldn’t make an appointment for me because I never filled out the online form she sent (I did not know it had to be completed before making the appointment. I thought I would bring the forms to them). When I tried to explain that I had not filled out because I thought it was paperwork I had to bring, she became very angry. She was rude and loud and then said- “we will not be a good fit for you” I guess she must own this place to have so much power. She has decided I cannot see the therapists that work here and that’s it. Estrella Olivares-Orellana”
