How likely are you to recommend Brightview Psychiatry Solutions?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Allen was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout the process of preparing my medical evaluation and reports for my VA obstructive sleep apnea claim. She carefully reviewed my records, provided clear and well-supported documentation, and was responsive in providing additional clarification when the VA needed it. Her attention to detail and professionalism helped ensure that the VA had the accurate information necessary to properly evaluate my claim. My obstructive sleep apnea claim was approved, and I ultimately reached a 100% Permanent and Total disability rating. I am sincerely grateful for Dr. Allen’s assistance and highly recommend her to veterans seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate physician for their VA claims.”
“If you're a veteran pursuing an Independent Medical Evaluation for your VA claim. I highly recommend Dr. Allen. Her professionlism and attention to detail is outstanding. I contacted Dr. Allen after the VA denied my initial claim, her detailed report and rebuttal to the denial DBQ ultimately resulted in winning my claim.”
“My experience with Dr. Jessica Allen, MD at Brightview Psychiatry Solutions was tremendous. Dr. Allen and her staff were very thorough in gathering information about me and my claim. The Nexus Letter Dr. Allen provided was well laid out, organized for my claim and I was granted 50% for Sleep Apnea. My Nexus Letter included, Dr. Allen’s credentials, review of my records, current diagnosis, the Nexus opinion, and supporting rationale. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jessica Allen and her staff to anyone looking for a professional Nexus Letter.”
“If you are a Veteran who is considering Brightview Psychiatry Solutions for conducting an independent medical examination and providing you with a "nexus" letter, read further: I am a Veteran who worked with Dr. Jessica Allen. I heard about her and Brightview through word of mouth. As an independent examiner, she is incredibly competent and thorough. She combed through every single thing in my file and found diagnoses in my service records that I didn't even know were there, which made a huge difference. In her report ("nexus letter"), she also explained every single problem area of my condition in great detail. Dr. Allen is also extremely ethical and, from the very beginning, is very clear that she makes no guarantees or promises about the outcome of your claim, which is absolutely what you need from an independent examiner, as anyone who makes promises has a very high likelihood of doing poor work that may cause issues with your claim and, worse, may be engaging in fraudulent activity. At the same time, the C&P examiners contracted by the VA fail American veterans every single day by giving biased, unfair, and/or lazy examinations, or they're contracted to only spend a certain amount of time with your file, and they miss crucial details. Therefore, pursuant to 38 CFR § 3.326 and § 3.328, Veterans are allowed (and, too often, forced) to rely on independent medical examinations by outside experts that they hire themselves. When I hired Brightview, they promised a completely impartial, unbiased, yet fair forensic review of my condition by a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and medical expert, which is worth its weight in gold. Moreover, if (or when) the VA does schedule you for a C&P examination even after they have received Dr. Allen's examination results, if you get a hostile C&P examiner or one that provides a negative medical opinion that isn't complete, thorough, and grounded in medical evidence, Dr. Allen counters with an addendum or a rebuttal. To say the least, I am completely happy with Dr. Jessica R. Allen and Brightview Psychiatry Solutions. I absolutely would hire them again and recommend them to any Veteran who needs their services.”
