“Considering their patients (children) dont have jobs, they don’t take Medicaid, but I’m glad I read the reviews because if a facility is utilizing CPS as a solution I do not want any part of it. It is well known ACS causes more trauma statistically, and should only be used in dire emergencies, not to have a paper trail to cover the professionals reputation.”

“If I could give no stars I would. I reached out to this company for help with my child and they used that to call cps on me. None of my child’s issues were addressed If anything they caused trauma to all of my kids with everything they now have to go through. I didn’t even make it past intake. Their former adhd having therapist Annie Elfers is weird and I wish I NEVER reached out to Brightline for help!!!!! Don’t walk RUN AWAY!! FOREVER DISCOURAGED FROM THERAPY THANKS TO THIS COMPANY AND IN PARTICULAR THEIR THERAPIST ANNIE ELFERS !!! BRIGHTLINE CAUSES MORE STRESS AND ISSUES THAN THEY DO HELPING THE PEOPLE THAT REACH OUT.”
