How likely are you to recommend Brightlight Oasis Psychiatry and Counseling?
What patients say on Google
“My experience with them has not been great. I was seen by Gideon and the treatment plan he advised was not very good, when I discussed it with my pharmacist, she strongly advised not to follow it. I also had trouble understanding his strong accent, he kept talking about front door and back door and he just lost me there lol. This clinic is very much money driven. They want their patients to make multiple appointments even if they have a follow up question they will not answering. They would want you to pay and make a virtual appointment to get the answer and they lost me as a patient just because of that. It’s a shame that it was a total waste of my time and money.”
“Gidion is the most impactful psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with. From our first session, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be a rushed 15-minute check-in — he takes the time to actually understand what’s going on, both in body and mind. As someone navigating ADHD and C-PTSD, I’ve seen a lot of professionals, but none have provided the level of care, expertise, and focused attention that Gidion has. He listens, he explains, and he helps. His approach has changed not only how I think, but how I physically feel — which is something I honestly never thought was possible. If you’re looking for someone who truly shows up for you and brings deep skill to the work, Gidion is it. More than five stars, hands down.”
“I spent hours trying to find a provider that I thought was worth going to see. I found Brightlight Oasis was local to me and had a professional web site that was easy to use. They had only a few reviews but all were five stars. I figured it was a small or newer practice and perhaps would be a benefit. After setting my appointment online I was inundated with emails and links. Requesting me to set up accounts and download apps. ALL needing to be done before my appointment. I got multiple calls and when I was not able to answer they would just keep calling from an out of state number. Never leaving a voice mail letting me know it was them trying to reach me. When I did speak with a person on the phone they asked for information that I had already submitted online. I could also hear a ROOSTER in the background as if the person was calling from a farm or a third world country with free range chickens running around. When I arrived for my appointment I met a man that had a confusing look on his face. He did not believe that I was going to show for some reason. He was not well versed in the billing process and unable to clearly explain my options, because he didn't know what they were. I was told to pay cash and if wanted I could talk to my insurance and see if it would go towards my deductible. I have not once needed to submit any bills to my insurance in the past. Leading me to believe his advise is wrong and not the best course of action. Appears to be a lipstick on a pig medical practice. Nice website, nice lobby, they try to use tools to stream line and benefit patients, but not operated to a degree of professionalism that is required in the medical field. I will be going else where.”
“I have been a patient of Ayisha since December 2022. Every meeting with her has been excellent. I find that she listens well and is clear in her communications with me. I have definitely improved under her care. I recommend her without reservation. --- Karen”
