“I’ve been seeing Khyati for almost 2 years now and the experience has been wonderful. She listens, takes great consideration with prescriptions, and is efficient. Most recently, I was experiencing major issues with my insurance and getting a refill for a medication that has been extremely helpful and Khyati and the staff were so accommodating. Khyati personally spoke with pharmacy staff for almost half an hour to assist me. She also personally called me to follow up, ensure all was ok, and offer further support. This team truly values and cares for their patients. I’m beyond appreciative!”

“I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. After being a patient for years and taking medication prescribed by this office, I was recently told I could no longer be seen after I contacted them asking for a refill when I was about to run out. My requests were characterized as harassment, which was frustrating given that I was trying to address continuity of care for medication I’ve been maintained on long term. I want to be clear that this is my experience and perspective, but I found the situation concerning enough to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am posting anonymously because I want to protect myself and avoid further issues. Based on what I’ve seen, I expect this review may be disputed as others appear to have reported similar responses. While it may be easy to schedule an appointment here, I would encourage people to carefully consider alternatives. In my experience, I did not feel supported, and I experienced an interruption in prescription access when I needed assistance the most. Please do your own research and choose a provider you feel confident will prioritize your care.”

“I'm rating this place one star because their payment service is the worst, and I've complained about it for two months and it continues to get worse. After a month of visits, I called the front office to ask why I wasn't receiving a bill. Everything's paid by insurance I was told. I just knew it wasn't, but I waited. Sure enough, the therapist sends me a text saying that I have to pay the bill within 18 hours or she'd have to cancel the appointment. I call the office again, and they confirm. I ask for an account statement so I can see what weeks I'm paying for (I know what's going to happen). I only get an invoice showing partial information so I call again, but I pay it. A couple of weeks later, and I go through another evolution with the therapist demanding payment though I've received no invoice. I ask for another account statement, and I get a link to an online payment system. I can't access it because they sent me the link without registering me in the system, so I have to wait for that. I get into the system, and the invoice in the system doesn't match the invoice I was emailed, but it has a "Pay Bill" option, so I go with that and pay. I find out later that after I pay in the system, I have to download the receipt and text it to they office "because they don't get emails showing payment was made." I go back into the system one week later, and the current "past due" invoice (remember, I just caught everything up one week earlier), says I'm late paying for an appointment that hadn't happen yet and for an appointment I most certainly paid for. Whatever stress the therapy is managing can't be as painful as the stress their pay system is causing.”
