Our family has experienced several challenging seasons in the last several years and each member of our family needed some mental health support. Bright Side has been able to match each family member with the just right clinician for our needs and personalities. When they couldn’t meet one specific need they kindly and genuinely helped us find the right referral. They most definitely put clients needs in the center of their care! I also love that they handle all their billing and scheduling in house so any issues or questions can be addressed right away. The center has worked hard to make sure that their clinicians are credentialed to practice as well as to be accepted by a variety of insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare. Beyond insurance they work to make sure that their rates are affordable so that clients can receive care, if possible. They have an app that allows for communication and scheduling to make it easier to manage. Our family ranges in age from 13-60, males and females and a whole host of needs for support. We have been treated with great care, compassion and dignity. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the care we have received at Bright Side has helped our family have hope, on going healing, and the skills for meaningful connection for many years to come.”
