What patients say on Google
“I've tried to call 3 times now to get information for/help with my 14-year-old son. I reached out to crisis pediatric care 3 times, and 3 times I've gotten a message that says, "This line cannot accept voice mails". Well, if someone was available to help me I wouldn't HAVE to leave a voice mail. It's very discouraging when I'm trying to see if this place can help us if I can't even get in touch with someone. It doesn't look good on them.”
“My family member had an emergency and went to this center. She said that the tall black security guard was so kind and gentle with her. Not treating her like a criminal, and it made the difference. She said that the male nurse, named Dan, I might have that wrong just kept reassuring her that he had her back. She felt the most comfortable hearing that. She also said that although it was her job not to leave her alone but the tech that sat with her, just kept speaking nothing but beautiful support to her calming her down. She said she was a young woman who looked mixed or Spanish. I just want to thank those people for having her back, and not making things worse for her but showing her that she could feel better with their support. She's doing much better. Thank you!!”
“I’m watching the video right now, and honestly this really touched me. Special thanks to the staff who didnt give up on Vova and didn't leave him alone when he needed help. From all of us who been following his story online for years, we really appreciate what you did for him. And about Congressman Fitzpatrick — after seeing these letters being sent to his office, if his office actually takes action and gives this family real help, then as somebody who was born here in America, I can say thats something I will remember when I vote. Real help matters more than words.”
“Special thanks to the staff who didnt turn their backs on Vladimir when he needed help the most. From all of us who have been following his story online for years, we really appreciate the people who treated him like a human being and didnt just leave him alone in a difficult moment. We all just watched your livestream together. Vova has been thru so much, including the ICE detention that your family challenged in federal court. After hearing his dad today, I can see where all that strength comes from. With over 20 years of experience in military and financial prosecution, he clearly knows how to work with documents, requests, facts and goverment agencies. Now he just needs to dig into the medical system the same way, get the records, send the requests and figure out exactly what happened. Like his dad said, this kind of work is nothing new to him, its just a different system here in America. I really hope what your family learns thru all this can help other families too. Keep getting the facts and dont give up.”
