What patients say on Google

“Dr George is great, he listens and doesn't water time. Schedule is on time, they have online zoom visits. Very caring and learned”

“I honestly would not recommend Dr. Sangha. I believe she is a bright and intelligent psychiatrist, so my issue is not her abilities but rather how she chooses to care for her patients. I've been going here for about 4-5 months and I've had nothing but problems. I told her that I wanted to get off my lexapro, and during the process she provided no guidance on how to properly do it. This led me to have the worst withdrawal symptoms, and later a suicide attempt. Luckily I was able to speak to a loved one during this situation and she was able to call my pharmacy to get a refill that would last until my next appointment. I had messaged Dr. Sangha about what had happened, and not only did she not check in on me during the week like she said she would, that there was no change in my medication or general help. Every session, and I mean every session, I have to remind her of what I’m taking and how much of it. She repeatedly tries to get me on adderall even though I’ve told her that the afternoon dip of the medication would put me into a spiral. I know it’s not her job to be sympathetic, she’s not a therapist, but I wish she would take more time to understand my emotions in order to efficiently recommend me medications. What made me recently switch to a different psychiatrist is something that happened two weeks ago. I was having a lot of chest pain and anxiety because she decided to jump my dosage of vyvanse from 30mg to 50mg. I messaged her to drop the dose from 50mg to 40mg, along with refilling my anti-depressants. She said that I would have to make another session with her to have it dropped. I responded back saying that I didn’t have enough money to pay for another session at the moment and if we could do it over a quick phone call. I told her how much pain my body was in because of how high it was, but I can’t stop taking it cold turkey until our session next month. I’m a broke 19 year old college student with no other financial support. I can’t run the risk of putting additional strain onto my body on top of chronic joint pain. I won't be able to work, and she knows all of this. Dr. Sangha went ahead and scheduled the appointment anyway without even responding to my question. I figured that it might be some kind of rule that medical professionals had to follow so I didn’t bother to send any other follow up questions. I need my stimulant medication to perform effectively at my detail oriented job, and I’m the only staff available so I have to do everything perfectly. The session was less than 3 minutes. She then said that she would only send in the lowered dosage until I paid the copay for this and last session. It was only $40 because my health insurance pays most of it, but I only really had the money for my medication. I explained to her that I wasn’t getting paid for another two days and then I could pay for both sessions on that day. She refused to send in the medication until I paid the balance, so I had to use the money I saved for food for the next two days and some from my savings. Again, she forgot how much of my anti-depressant I take and sent me a lower dose. I have limited resources and transportation so I thought that I would be fine taking the 5mg decrease. Two and a half weeks later I had another mental break, and had to have the police called to my house. I just feel like another pay check to her and not a patient that she’s caring for. I don’t know if she has too many patients on her plate or something else going on in her personal life, but she’s just not a reliable health care professional. I wish I could get back all the money I’ve spent on sessions, but at least this way I can prevent others from losing theirs. If you’ve been to psychiatrist for years now, have a good understanding on what medication works for you, and have the time to be an avid advocate for yourself then, Dr. Sangha would be a fine person to go to for basic med management. If you're like me and you’re looking for your first psychiatrist, then I’d go to someone else.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sangha and her office. She’s compassionate, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. She takes the time to understand what you’re going through and helps find the best plan for you. The staff is also wonderful, always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sangha to anyone looking for a great psychiatrist.”

“I have been a Client of Dr. George Bizuneh ( Bright Integrative Care) for several years. They definitely live up to the 3E's Effective, Efficiency and Excellence. Dr. George is very supportive. He's an excellent listener. I don't have to repeat myself while speaking with him. When I'm late signing into my appointment he calls me to ensure that I'm ok and able to sign in. I have enjoy my Treatment Plan with Dr. George and plan to continue my treatment under his care. Thanks so much Dr. George”
