“Been trying to get in. Blown off. I guess it's because I'm young and on Medicare. Seems biased. You have someone wanting therapy and its been over a week and no appointment still. No contact. And we wonder why there is a problem with mental heath in this country. I'm asking for help and I'm getting treated like I don't matter because of my income and insurance. Sorry I have Medicare and I'm under 50. I didn't choose that. Wasn't my fault. I shouldn't be punished or be treated differently because of my age. Its been over a week and not even an appointment lol....They really care, NOT! I'm disgusted with the way I've been treated. Avoid at all cost. Biased towards my age and insurance. I hope they get shut down. That's not how you treat people ASKING for help. Makes me sick to my stomach......”

“Terrible treatment of mental health patients. They will prescribe antidepressant medication to you, and suddenly stop filling the medication days before your next appointment, and when you ask why they did that, and why they allowed you to go through medical withdrawals and possible psychosis, they will straight up blame you and hang up the phone on you.”

“Haven't been to Bidgeway since I was a teenager, but I'm about to go back. The substance abuse class was a bust, but my one on one time with my therapist was helpful. Now I'm about to start group therapy so... We'll see, crossing my fingers n hoping for the best”
