How likely are you to recommend Bridgewater Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“I got to meet with the lovely Miss Hall this morning… I don’t know any other word to describe her but lovely. I actually feel like she listened to me and what my needs were… but also very firm, which I really like. The gentleman at the front desk was also really sweet and I also enjoyed his aura! The whole place just has a good vibe to it! 💛”
“There is a reason its only 2.5 stars. First off, the therapist never met me where I was at. Before I ever showed up, he had already printed some stuff off of Google for me to take home and do. I am SICK of these "google" doctors the VA sticks us with due to obamas horrible ACA only being ran at the VAs. The VA is a whole other problem for me too. The VA SUCKS SO BAD! Anyway, yeah, the therapists dont truly know what they are doing without the internet, and the secretaries at the front desk....well, lets just say their attitudes and lies reflect that of my female dog bella. They dont check messages, and even if you call to reschedule, they put you down for a no show. That means they are stealing from the VA, charging them for a "no show" and still reschedule you for a different date. Stay away. This place, like most medicaid and tri care sponsored mental health facilities, will only make you worse off than you were when you walked in. Youve been warned!”
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Hall for almost eight years and have always felt heard! I have also had great experiences with therapists here, as well! Could not recommend this place enough!”
“Was forced to come here once at 16 where I was told I have no anxiety and I am a spoiled brat. Then was handed a card to text the therapist for anything, which they swore I would use and never did. I don’t know a single person that would recommend coming here. I felt degraded and completely unheard when I went, and that therapist allegedly was in charge of some program for kids without dads, to learn how to do man things. I wish I could make this up. This was like 2019 and in 2025 almost 2026 I still think about this place and how they made my anxiety and depression way worse in only one session. Literally was blamed for all the family turmoil by the therapist, which was why I attempted at 14 anyway, tired of being a scapegoat.”
