“Boy this is the biggest disappointing experience and failure I think it's definitely not a place to be trusted as they aren't dependable, staff are lazy, backbiting peers and transportation is best to be supplied elsewhere and the whole way they are really not able to help with you if they are too sorry to do something that requires anything but ride in a car or sit in front of a phone or computer doing good only knows what, I was given Kratom by a peer specialist in a way that I'd bet was a deliberate attempt to sabotage me because I am a Addict and they do not help me feel anything but sad and frustrated”

“Avoid if possible. The turnover rate among their staff (Dr's and Counselors) is unacceptably high. It's detrimental to the mental health of the patients having to constantly restart their services with a new person. It's beyond frustrating. The reminder calls depending on who it is won't even say who you're supposed to see or what time. I've filed a complaint with Brooke but it's still an ongoing issue sadly. Good luck keeping your Dr. Even their telemed Dr's aren't reliable and you can have them quit on you leaving you in a tough spot. Needing to reform a relationship with a new person and start from scratch yet again. Or have your Counselor quit on you leaving you in a tough spot needing to see someone and work with THEIR schedule to get in so insurance will cover your Dr's appointment. Never about the patients and they literally will welcome you to go elsewhere if you bring it up. They don't care about the hardship it would be to you. Not their problem. They also don't care about your schedule. It's their schedule and will jump weeks out on a patient supposed to be seen weekly. They have zero care for their clients or the fact they have families and obligations. Don't recommend unless you have no other option. I understand sadly they're the "only show in town," but that doesn't excuse their severe and perpetual failings. You DO matter. You need to care for yourself and do best for yourself by yourself. You can do it. If that means coming here for services despite all of these negatives then please do for your sake. Just take care of yourself! Best wishes!”
