What patients say on Google

“Bricolage has been a life saver for my family! The amount of attention they provided not only to my child but to my entire family during some rough times was key to managing what we were going through. Meagan and Tara are amazing resources and both were vital in my child’s healing, and Crystal always provided a welcoming environment and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend bricolage to anyone who has children going through hard times.”

“A 5 star review really is not enough to express how much I would recommend Bricolage to any parent of a struggling teen . We came to them very scared and unsure of what to expect, and after 6 weeks IOP and 6 weeks PHP, my only regret is not seeking help sooner. Huge thanks to all of the staff but especially John Michael for the care and Crystal for the additional help along the way!”

“I have had the best experience at Bricolage. The staff is so amazing and they make it feel like a big family environment. Siri, Crystal, Taia, and LeAnne have been so amazing at making me feel welcomed and I am so grateful for them. We do a good amount of processing, which is super helpful. On top of that, we fill out work books and learn lessons over anxiety, trauma, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about Bricolage.”

“Look no further. This behavioral health facility is outstanding! I rarely give reviews but this needs to be shared and people need to know about Bricolage. After touring a total of 6 behavioral health centers in DFW for our 12 yo we found Bricolage to be exceptionally above the standards of every other facility we toured. We were pleased to hear the welcoming friendly professional voices over the phone when calling to schedule a consultation. Arriving to the facility, it was calm, clean and organized and all staff were engaging and professional. Our first big interaction with the staff was with Megan at the intake interview. She was well spoken, answered every single question we had, and was genuinely caring and kind. Again, this was a stark contrast to the other facilities that seemed to give us sales pitches and not answer direct questions. Then, we were greeted by John Michael, who would be our daughters therapist. He was easy to talk to and I felt like our daughter would agree (which, later we found out she did). As an added bonus, he is also a family therapist and we would get to have family sessions in addition to our daughter getting daily therapy. Our daughter has gone to therapy for years and never opened up. However, she told me she was able to open up at Bricolage the second day!!! John Michael allowed her to feel safe and comfortable enough to express herself and this alone has been life changing for our entire family. Our daughter was excited that they were able to do music therapy, art therapy, yoga and get some fresh air. Some other facilities had the kids sit in one room all day at a desk and that was not a good fit for our daughter. After the first few weeks we were extremely pleased noticing big progress for the issues she needed to work on. Things just got better the more she progressed through the program. The psychiatrist at Bricolage worked with our current psychiatrist to ensure continuity of care. Not only did my daughter talk to the psychiatrist, I even got to personally meet with the psychiatrist weekly. The staff never hesitated to answer any questions I had along the way. They also worked with our insurance carrier to get authorizations and pricing. Believe it or not, not all facilities did that! We are just about finished with the program and I feel like they have treated us like family. I appreciate their dedication to helping kids through some of the most challenging issues that they have faced and doing it well. I would give Bricolage 100 stars if I could. I will say this facility was the furthest from our home. However, it was worth the drive to see the results. Also, they have workspace for parents that have the luxury of working remotely. This sure did make things easier for me as the chauffer/parent. :)”
